dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce pojednává o poměru práva vnitrostátní k právu mezinárodnímu a jeho řešení. Záměrem je podat co nejkomplexnější pohled na problematiku vztahu vnitrostátního a mezinárodního práva. První část práce přibližuje vztah vnitrostátního a mezinárodního práva (a jeho řešení) spíše z obecného, teoretického hlediska. Další kapitoly se zaměřují především na praktický přístup států k řešení vztahu vnitrostátního a mezinárodního práva. A právě konkrétní řešení poměru vnitrostátního a mezinárodního práva v právním řádu České republiky, v následném porovnání s právními řády vybraných států (a v jednom případě vlastně v porovnání s celou právní kulturou) tvoří těžiště této práce. Na závěr práce je zařazeno rovněž stručné pojední o právu Evropské unie, resp. o vazbách mezi právem unijním, mezinárodním a právem členských států.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Diploma Thesis concentrates on the relationship between national law and international law and its solution. The aim is to provide an overall view on the issue of the relationship between national and international law. The first part of the Thesis explains the relationship between national and international law (and its solution) rather from a general and theoretical view. The subsequent chapters concentrate mainly on the practical approach of the states towards the solutions of the relationship between national and international law. And the very particular solution of the relationship between national and international law in the Czech legal order, moreover in comparison with other legal orders of selected states (and actually with the whole legal culture in one case) is the core element of this Thesis. Finally, the Thesis also includes a brief treatise on the European Union law, or on the connections among the European Union law, international law and law of the member states.en
