dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje analýzu konceptu psychické pohody. Teoretická práce je zaměřená na vymezení a identifikaci klíčových faktorů ovlivňujících psychickou po-hodu u zdravotnických pracovníků z relevantních dostupných zdrojů. V předkládané kvalifi-kační práci bylo analyzováno šest zahraničních studií, které se věnovaly faktorům ovlivňují-cích psychickou pohodu zdravotnického personálu. Výsledky a přínosy publikovaných dat jsou shrnuty v diskuzi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the concept of psychological well-being. The theoretical work focuses on defining and identifying key factors influencing psychological well-being in healthcare workers from relevant available sources. In the present qualifying thesis, six international studies were analysed that focused on factors influencing psychologi-cal well-being of healthcare personnel. The results and contributions of the published data are summarized in the discussion.en
