dc.description.abstractMá bakalářská práce má dvě části. Teoretická část obsahuje popis jednotlivých tanečních stylů, které jsem do výuky tělesné výchovy zařadila (lidové tance, country tance, street dance, show dance a zumba). V praktické části jsem vytvořila deset ukázkových hodin tanců. Hodiny obsahují část úvodní, průpravnou, hlavní a závěrečnou. V hodinách jsem využívala pomůcek: nářadí/náčiní (overbally, švihadla, obruče, lavičky, žebřiny). Hlavní části hodin jsou zaměřeny na nácvik základních kroků jednotlivých tanečních stylů a jednoduché taneční sestavy. Průpravné a závěrečné části hodin obsahují cviky na uvolnění, protažení a posílení. Vyučovací hodiny jsem odučila v rámci hodin tělesné výchovy na Prvním českém gymnáziu v Karlových Varech. Hodiny tanců jsem učila ve dvou třídách (prima a sekunda B).cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMy thesis has two parts. The theoretical part describes the various dance styles, which I included in the physical education lessons teaching of (folk dancing, country dancing, street dance, show dance and zumba). In the practical part I created ten sample lessons of dancing. The lessons contain following parts - some warm - up, main and ending part. In the lessons I used different apparatuses (overballs, skipping ropes, hoops, benches and wall bars). The main parts of the lessons are focused on practice of basic steps of each dance styles and simple choreography. Warm - up and ending parts of the lessons contain relaxation, stretching and strengthening exercises. I taught created lessons within the lessons of physical education at the first Czech grammar school in Karlovy Vary (in two classes - the first and second year of an eight - year grammar school).en
