dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce na téma "Adjuvantní léčba nádorů prsu" je rozdělená na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie prsu, incidence a mortalita nádorů prsu, rizikové faktory, možnosti prevence, patologie, klasifikace, klinické příznaky a diagnostika. Nejdelší kapitola je věnována léčbě, ve které se mimo adjuvantní léčby zmiňuji i o léčbě chirurgické, neboť vždy předchází léčbě adjuvantní. Dále samozřejmě nemohly být opomenuty nežádoucí účinky spojené s adjuvantní léčbou. Praktickou část tvoří kazuistiky pacientek, které jsou po operaci nádoru prsu, a následně jim byla indikována adjuvantní léčba, která byla u většiny z nich doprovázena nějakým nežádoucím účinkem.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis on the topic "Adjuvant treatment of breast cancer" consist of theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the anatomy of the breast, incidence and mortality of breast tumors, risk factors, prevention options, pathology, classification, clinical symptoms and diagnosis. The main focus is dedicated to treatment, in which, in addition to adjuvant treatment, I also mention surgical treatment, as it always precedes adjuvant treatment. Furthermore, of course, the side effects associated with adjuvant treatment could not be overlooked. The practical part consists of case reports of patients who suffered from breast cancer surgery. Subsequently they underwent adjuvant treatment, which in most cases was followed by some side effects.en
