dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit kvalitu života nemocných se systémovým lupusem erytematodes. Výsledky jsou hodnoceny na podkladě vyplněných dotazníků 41 respondentů. Soubor respondentů tvořili pacienti revmatologické ambulance FN Plzeň Bory. Tato práce má část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části byla popsána charakteristika onemocnění, příčiny, příznaky, diagnostika, léčba, vysvětlena biologická léčba a kvalita života. Praktická část byla zpracována za využití kvantitativního výzkumu, technikou anonymního dotazníku.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of this thesis was to find out the quality of life of patients with systemic lupus erytematodes. The results are evaluteded on the basis of filled questionnaires of 41respondents. They were formel by patients of rheumatological clinic of Fakulty Hospitál in Pilsen. This thesis has two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part the characteristics of the illness, the reasons, the symptoms, the diagnosis, the treatment are described and the biological treatment and the quality of life are explained there too. The practical part was done thanks to application of quantitative research. The technique of anonymous questionnaire was used here.	en
