dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na zkušenosti žen s IVF. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje neplodnosti, metodám asistované reprodukce, rizikům asistované reprodukce, roli porodní asistentky v centru asistované reprodukce, psychickým dopadům neplodnosti, a nakonec financování asistované reprodukce. V teoretické části jsou informace a poznatky získané z odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů. Praktická část analyzuje prožívání žen, které nemohou otěhotnět, a které prochází procesem IVF. Obsahuje vyhodnocení výzkumného šetření, které probíhalo formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se třemi participantkami. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty získané informace, které jsou porovnány s odbornou literaturou a výzkumy, dále doporučení pro praxi, limity práce a sebereflexe výzkumníka.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on the experience of women with IVF. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with infertility, methodical assisted reproduction, risk preaching of assisted reproduction, the role of the midwife in the center of assisted reproduction, the psychological effects of infertility and finally the financing of assisted reproduction. The theoretical part contains information and knowledge obtained from professional literature and Internet sources. The practical part analyzes the experience of women who cannot get pregnant and who are going through the IVF process. It contains an evaluation of the research survey, which took place in the form of semi-structured interviews with three participants. At the end of the work are summarized the information obtained, which is compared with the literature and research, as well as recommendations for practice, work li-mits and self-reflection of the researcher.en
