| dc.description.abstract | Předložená diplomová práce pojednává o problematice treasury managementu, jehož výhody se snaží uplatnit stále více podniků. Definic treasury managementu existuje hned několik, v podstatě se ale jedná o oblast cash managementu, devizového managementu a investování. První část práce se zabývá pojetím onoho treasury. Poté je rozebrána oblast cash managementu. Tu považuje mnoho autorů za nejdůležitější činnost v životě podniku zejména z důvodu souvislosti s peněžními prostředky, kterými daný podnik disponuje a které vynakládá na veškeré své aktivity. Cash management souvisí s likviditou podniku. Její důležitost je vysvětlena teoreticky a poté i rozebrána z hlediska praktického vlivu na společnosti Schwan Cosmetics CR, s. r. o. Poslední kapitola práce obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení činností v oblasti cash managementu. Vychází z analýzy provedené ve třetí kapitole. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This submitted thesis is focused on the treasury management and its function in company?s life. There are a lot of definitions of the treasury management but it can be said that it includes cash and currency management and investing. The first part of this thesis is target at treasury and its definitions. Then there is a section about cash management, really important part of the treasury. Activities that can be involved in the cash management play a significant role during managing the company. This part of thesis includes managing and planning liquidity, working capital, system of payment etc. The important function of assuring liquidity is illustrated in the theoretical and also in the practical part of this work. The last section of the thesis is dedicated to the proposals to improve managing activities in the company Schwan Cosmetics CR, s. r. o. It is the worldwide producer of the cosmetical eyeliner. | en |
