dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienta po kardiopulmonální resuscitaci (KPR). V teoretické části jsme nastínili historii kardiopulmonální resuscitace, příčiny srdeční zástavy, klinický obraz pacienta se srdeční zástavou, doporučené postupy kardiopulmonální resuscitace u dospělých, monitorování pacienta v těžkém zdravotním stavu a specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty hospitalizované po kardiopulmonální resuscitaci. V praktické části jsou zpracovány a následně porovnány dvě kazuistiky pacientů po kardiopulmonální resuscitaci, kteří byli hospitalizováni na Anesteziologicko-resuscitačním oddělení FN Plzeň (ARO). Obě kazuistiky jsou zpracovány formou ošetřovatelského procesu, se stanovenými ošetřovatelskými diagnózami. Byla určena specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty po kardiopulmonální resuscitaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on the nursing care of patient after cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). The theoretical part outlines the history of cardipulmonary resuscitation, causes of cardiac arrest, clinical picture of cardiac-arrest patients, recommended practices as apropriate for cardiopulmonary resuscitation of adult patients, patient monitoring in serious medical con-dition and the specificities of nursing care for patient hospitalizes after CPR. In the practical part two case analyses of patients after cardopulmonary resuscittion that were hospitalized in anaesthetics and intensive care department of teaching hospital in Pilsen are covered and compared. Both of analyses are elaborated in form of nursing process with defined nursing diagnosis. The nursing care specificities of patient after cardiopulmo-nary resuscitation were defined.en
