dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením ekonomické efektivnosti vybraného investičního projektu ve společnosti STREICHER, spol. s r. o. Plzeň. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. První část práce, teoretická, je zaměřená na problematiku investic a investičního rozhodování. Jsou zde samostatné kapitoly zaměřené na technicko-ekonomickou studii projektu a na hodnocení efektivnosti investičních projektů. Druhá část práce, praktická, která aplikuje teoretické poznatky na společnost STREICHER, spol. s r. o. Plzeň. Tato část práce představuje společnost včetně předmětu činnosti a variant investičních projektů. Samostatné kapitoly jsou věnované vyhodnocení nejlepší varianty a hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti vybrané varianty. Poslední kapitola obsahuje shrnutí závěrů vyplývajících z praktické části práce včetně doporučení pro společnost.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment project of STREICHER, spol. s r. o. Plzeň. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical. The first theoretical part is focused on the issue of the investments and the investment decision. There are separate chapters focused on the feasibility study of the project and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment project. The second practical part applies the theoretical basics to the company STREICHER, spol. s r. o. Plzeň. This part of the thesis introduces the company including activities of the company and the alternatives of the investment project. There are also separate chapters focused on the evaluation of the best alternative of the project including the evaluation of the effectiveness of this alternative. The final chapter includes the summary of the results gained from the analysis of the project, including some recommendations.en
