| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sledování aplikace fyzikální terapie ve vybraných zdravotnických zařízeních. Teoretická část shrnuje rozdělení a nejčastěji používané druhy fyzikální terapie, jejich účinky, principy aplikace a také problematiku zdravotnických zařízení a sledování obecně. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu sledování aplikace fyzikální terapie ve 12 zdravotnických zařízení v Karlovarském a Plzeňském kraji a následné porovnání těchto zařízení. Sledováno bylo vybavení zdravotnických zařízení, stáří, příprava přístroje a také samotný průběh terapie společně s kontrolou a edukací pacientů. Bylo stanoveno 6 hypotéz, přičemž 3 se potvrdily. Sledování bylo zaměřeno na elektroterapii, ultrasonoterapii a kombinovanou terapii. Výsledky ukázaly, že vybavenost zařízení je srovnatelná, ale přístup k samotné aplikaci a informovanosti pacientů byl odlišný. Celkové závěry nasvědčují tomu, že zlepšení vzdělávání personálu a zvýšení důrazu na technickou vybavenost a její pravidelnou údržbu je důležité a mohlo by přispět k efektivnější léčbě pacientů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis focuses on monitoring the application of physical therapy in selected healthcare facilities. The theoretical part summarizes classification, effects, and application principles of commonly used physical therapy. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the monitoring of physical therapy application in 12 healthcare facilities in the Karlovy Vary and Pilsen regions and the subsequent comparison of them. The monitoring included the equipment of the healthcare facilities, their age, the preparation of the device, as well as the therapy process itself, together with the control and education of patients. Six hypotheses were established, of which three were confirmed. The monitoring was focused on electrotherapy, ultrasound therapy, and combination therapy. Results showed that the equipment of the facilities is comparable, but the approach to the application itself and the information provided to patients was different. The overall conclusions suggest that improving staff training and increasing the emphasis on technical equipment and its regular maintenance is important and could contribute to more effective patient treatment. | en |
