dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce Postavení českých žen v právnických profesích v letech 1918-1989 se zaměřením na plzeňský region se zabývá historickým postavením českých právniček obecně, ale i detailnějším rozborem situace na území plzeňského regionu. Zejména jsou v ní uvedeny informace o historických i dosud působících právničkách. Jsou v také ní rozebírány podmínky přístupu žen ke studiu na právnických fakultách i překážky, kterým musely až do roku 1989 čelit. V práci je věnována pozornost problematice legislativních překážek pro výkon právnických povolání, doplněné o statistické údaje počtu advokátů v jednotlivých obdobích. Obsahuje také komparaci let 1918-1938 s lety 1948-1989.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis The Status of Czech Women in the Legal Profession 1918-1989 with a Focus on the Pilsen Region deals with the historical status of Czech women lawyers in general, but also with a more detailed analysis of the situation in the Pilsen region. In particular, it provides information about historical and still active female lawyers. It also analyses the conditions of women's access to study at law faculties and the obstacles they had to face until 1989. Attention is paid to the issue of legislative barriers to the legal profession, supplemented by statistical data on the number of lawyers in different periods. It also includes a comparison of the years 1918-1938 with the years 1948-1989.en
