dc.description.abstract-translatedThe paper deals with the use of modern simulation techniques using sw VPS (Virtual Performance System) and the scalable biomechanical model of the human body Virthuman in solving a road accident with serious injuries to a boy sitting in a child seat in the back seat. The conclusions of the analysis indicate that the boy, contrary to the previous statement, was not restrained. The procedure used also made it possible to specify the collision speed of the vehicle.en
