dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce bylo zasadit současné Pražské stavební předpisy do širšího kontextu. Proto jsem úvodní kapitolu věnoval historickému vývoji Prahy do podoby, jak ji známe dnes. Následující kapitola měla za cíl představit předchůdce současných Pražských stavebních předpisů a do jisté míry poskytnout srovnání s předchozími předpisy. Následující kapitoly byly věnovány samotnému předpisu, nejprve jeho schvalovacímu procesu, který vyústil ve zrušení předchozího předpisu a schválení současných Pražských stavebních předpisů. Na tuto kapitolu navazoval rozbor obsahu tohoto předpisu a závěrečná kapitola byla určena ke stručnému vyjádření názorů odborné veřejnosti na tuto problematiku. Do této diplomové práce jsem se pokusil zakomponovat i své vlastní názory a postoje k dané problematice.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this diploma thesis was to put the present Prague building regulations in a bigger picture. That is why I devoted the beginning chapter to the historical development of Prague as we know it today. The following chapter aimed to introduce the predecessors of the present Prague building regulations and to some extent to provide some comparison with the previous regulations. The following chapters were devoted to the regulation itself, firstly to its approval process, which resulted in the revoking of the previous regulation and the approval of the current Prague building regulations. This chapter was followed by an analysis of the content of this regulation, and the final chapter was an attempt to briefly express the views of the professional community on this issue. I also tried to incorporate my own opinions and attitudes on the issue into this diploma thesis.en
