dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá rehabilitací pacientů s dětskou mozkovou obrnou za aplikace techniky proprioceptivní neuromuskulární stabilizace, pro posílení trupového svalstva probandů. V teoretické části popisuji onemocnění dětské mozkové obrny a techniku proprioceptivní neuromuskulární facilitace jako takovou a její speciální techniky, které budou při rehabilitaci využívány V praktické části budu zaznamenávat jednotlivá cvičení s již předem vybranými probandy. Provedu vstupní vyšetření s testy na posturální stabilitu, poté budu zapisovat jejich změny ve výkonu, zlepšení, či zhoršení a nakonec provedu výstupní hodnocení provedené stejnými testy. Podařilo se prokázat účinnost PNF terapie zaměřené na posturální stabilitu u vybraných probandů s DMO. Při porovnání vstupních a výstupních hodnot bylo viditelné zlepšení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis deals with the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral palsy using the technique of proprioceptive neuromuscular stabilization, especially stabilization techniques, to strengthen the torso muscles of probands. In the theoretical part we describe the problematic of cerebral palsy and its types, the postural stability and the technique of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation as such and its special techniques that will be used in rehabilitation. In the practical part I will record individual exercises with pre-selected students. I will perform an initial examination with tests for postural stability, then I will record their changes in performance, improvement or deterioration, and finally I will perform a final evaluation performed by the same tests. The effectiveness of PNF therapy aimed at postural stability has been demonstrated and found progressive in selected probands with CP. An improvement was visible when comparing input and output values.en
