dc.description.abstractTato práce je zaměřena na využití labilních ploch při léčbě cervikobrachiálního syndromu. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá kineziologií páteře, cervikobrachiálním syndromem, labilními plochami a vyšetřovacími metodami u cervikobrachiálního syndromu. Část praktická je tvořena kazuistikami čtyř pacientů, u kterých byla zjišťována účinnost cvičení na labilních plochách. Srovnání výsledků vstupního a výstupního vyšetření ukazuje, že došlo ke zlepšení v držení těla, aktivaci hlubokého stabilizačního systému a zmírnění svalové dysbalance. V diskuzi jsou porovnány hypotézy s výsledky vlastního výzkumu a údaji jiných autorů. V přílohách jsou uvedeny modelové cvičební jednotky s jednotlivými pomůckami.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on the usage of balance training equipment in treatment of the cervicobrachial syndrome. It is devided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part aims at kinesiology of the backbone, the cervicobrachial syndrome, balance training equipment and the examination methods in diagnosis of cervicobrachial syndrome. The practical part consists of case histories of four patients whose training results were used to determine the effectiveness of exercise with balance training equipment. The comparison of the initial and final examination shows an improvement in posture, activation of the deep stabilisation system and reduction of muscle dysbalance. In the discussion the hypotheses are being compared with the results of the actual study and other published data by different authors. The appendices provide model exercise units with particular training equipment.en
