dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na péči porodních asistentek o novorozence na neonatologické JIP/JIRP, kdy cílem je zjistit připravenost porodních asistentek před a po ukončení adaptačního procesu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zaměřujeme na problematiku neonatologie, která souvisí s pobytem novorozence na neonatologické JIP/JIRP, dále se zabýváme adaptačním procesem a věnujeme se připravenosti porodních asistentek v péči o novorozence na neonatologické JIP/JIRP. Tato část je vypracována na základě odborné literatury a odborných článků. V praktické části bakalářské práce plynule navazujeme na teoretickou část, která je zpracována formou kvalitativní-ho výzkumu. Výzkumného šetření se účastnily dvě porodní asistentky pracující na oddělení neonatologické JIP/JIRP.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis focuses on the care of midwives for newborns in the neonatal ICU/ICU, where the aim is to determine the readiness of midwives before and after the adaptation process. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, we focus on the neonatology issues related to the neonatal stay in the neonatal ICU/ICU, we also discuss the adaptation process and the readiness of midwives in the care of newborns in the neonatal ICU/ICU. This section is based on literature and professional articles. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis we smoothly follow the theoretical part, which is developed in the form of qualitative research. Two midwives working in the neonatology ward of the ICU/ICU participated in the research investigation.en
