dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienty po transplantaci kostní dřeně, popsán je průběh předtransplantační přípravy i celý průběh hospitalizace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je obecně popsán průběh transplantace kostní dřeně, od počátku, kdy se odebírají hematopoetické kmenové buňky, zjišťuje se HLA kompatibilita a další faktory při výběru vhodného dárce. Zabývá se léčebnými možnostmi a specifiky ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty na transplantační jednotce i v domácím prostředí. Zmapována je i problematika akutní a chronické nemoci štěpu proti hostiteli. V praktické části je formou kazuistik a ošetřovatelského modelu dle Marjory Gordon u dvou pacientek popsána ošetřovatelská péče a jsou navrženy ošetřovatelské diagnózy a intervence prováděné sestrou.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis focuses on the nursing care of patients after bone marrow transplantation, the course of pre-transplant preparation and the entire course of hospitalization is described. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part generally describes the course of bone marrow transplantation, from the beginning, when hematopoietic stem cells are collected, HLA compatibility and other factors in determining a suitable donor are determined. It deals with treatment options and the specifics of nursing care for patients in the transplant unit and at home. The issue of acute and chronic graft-versus-host disease is also mapped. In the practical part, nursing care for two patients is described in the form of case studies and a nursing model according to Marjora Gordon, and nursing diagnoses and interventions performed by a nurse are proposed.en
