dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce popisuje problematiku sebevražedného jednání v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. V teoretické části se zaměřujeme na charakteristiku sebevražedného jednání jako takového a historický vývoj. Věnujeme se také rozdělení tohoto jednání na formy sebevražedného jednání a uvádíme varovné známky, kde se především zaměřujeme na Ringelův presuicidální syndrom. Dále popisujeme příčiny a metody suicidálního jednání. V další kapitole uvádíme na charakteristiku a metody poskytování krizové intervence. V poslední kapitole se zaměřujeme na definici přednemocniční neodkladné péče a možnosti postupů u suicidálního pacienta. V praktické části práce pomocí kazuistik zkoumáme specifika poskytované péče u suicidálního pacienta v přednemocniční neodkladné péči.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis describes the issue of suicidal behavior in pre-hospital emergency care. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part we focus on the characteristics of suicidal behavior as such and historical development. We are also focusing on dividing this behavior into forms of suicidal behavior, and there are warning signs where we focus on Ringel's presuicidal syndrome. We also describe the causes and methods of suicidal behavior. In the next chapter we present the characteristics and methods of providing crisis intervention. In the last chapter we focus on the definition of pre-hospital emergency care and the possibilities of procedures for a suicidal patient. In the practical part of the thesis we use the case studies to examine the specifics of the care provided at a suicidal patient in pre-hospital emergency care.	en
