dc.description.abstractHlavní náplní bakalářské práce je návrh pětipodlažního objektu administrativního a poradenského centra s kavárnou a podzemním parkováním v souladu se všemi příslušnými zákony, vyhláškami a s dalšími právními normami. Dále se práce zaměřuje na statické řešení hlavních nosných částí objektu (křížem pnutá deska, průvlak a sloup), na řešení technického zařízení budov, na návrh a posouzení konstrukcí z hlediska tepelné techniky a na další problematiky spojené se stavbou. Součástí práce je projektová dokumentace objektu pro stavební povolení. Při výpočtech byl použit program FIN 2D, pro projektovou část AutoCAD 2012 a pro 3D vizualizaci program ArchiCAD 19.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main purpose of this bachelor thesis is to design a five-storey building of an administrative and consulting centre with a café and an underground parking lot in in obedience to all relevant laws, decrees and other legal regulations. In addition, the thesis is focused on the static solution of the main supporting parts of the building (crossed plate, a girder and a post), on the solution of the technical equipment of the buildings, on the design and assessment of structures in terms of thermal technology and other issues related to the construction. A part of the thesis is the project documentation of the building permit. In the calculations the FIN 2D program was used, the AutoCAD 2012 was used for a project part, and ArchiCAD 19's 3D for visualization.en
