| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na cílové řízení nákladů strojírenského produktu. V první části práce jsou popsány dvě metody řízení nákladů teoreticky. V druhé části je představen produkt a společnost, pro kterou byl produkt navrhován. Třetí část obsahuje vlastní případovou studii (metoda Target costing). Posledním bodem práce je zhodnocení výsledků a návrh postupu, pro zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti produktu. | cs |
