dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou peer to peer půjček. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je na základě teoretických východisek identifikovat a zhodnotit fungování peer to peer půjček. Diplomová práce definuje zásadní specifika dané problematiky a její odlišnosti od tradičních bankovních institucí. V teoretické části je nejprve popsáno odvětví sdílené ekonomiky. Dále jsou v práci popsány úvěrové produkty od bankovních institucí. Další kapitola je věnována peer to peer půjčkám. Dílčím cílem je na základě třech modelových příkladů porovnat produkty peer to peer platforem a bankovních institucí. Modelové příklady budou zaměřeny na srovnání bankovního úvěru a peer to peer půjčky nejprve z pohledu dlužníka a následně z pohledu investora.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the issue of peer to peer loans. The main goal of the thesis is to identify and evaluate the functioning of peer-to-peer loans based on theoretical principles. The diploma thesis defines the fundamental specifics of the issue and it is differences from traditional banking institutions. The theoretical part describes the branch of the shared economy. The work also describes loan products from banking institutions. Another chapter is dedicated to peer to peer loans. A partial goal is to compare the products of peer to peer platforms and banking institutions on the basis of three model examples. The model examples will focus on the comparison of a bank loan and a peer-to-peer loan, first from the borrower's point of view and then from the investor's point of view.en
