dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření, a také jeho prevencí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na příčiny, fáze a symptomy, možnosti diagnostiky a léčby tohoto onemocnění a vyzdvihuje důležitost prevence. V praktické části jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu zaměřeného na znalost syndromu vyhoření a kvalitu prevence u nelékařského zdravotnického personálu v zařízeních poskytujících péči o seniory.	cs
