| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na revitalizaci centra města Žatce, konkrétně na problematiku spojenou s nevyužívanými objekty a maloobchodem a službami. Práce identifikuje hlavní problémy na základě analýzy strategických a koncepčních dokumentů města, dotazníkových šetření a rozhovorů. Pomocí dotazníkových šetření a rozhovorů byla analyzována současná situace centra města, včetně názorů a postojů podnikatelů z centra města a občanů. Na základě empirických šetření a teoretických poznatků je následně navrženo vhodné opatření, které by pomohlo oživit a zatraktivnit centrum města. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This diploma thesis is focused on the revitalization of the center of Žatec, more specifically on the issues associated with unused buildings and retail and services. The work identifies the main problems based on the analysis of strategic and conceptual documents of the city, questionnaire surveys, and interviews. With the help of questionnaire surveys and interviews, the current situation of the city center was analyzed, including the opinions and attitudes of entrepreneurs from the city center and citizens. Based on empirical research and theoretical knowledge, a suitable measure is subsequently proposed to help revive and make the city center more attractive. | en |
