dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na vznik a vývoj občanství Evropské Unie. Zkoumá návaznost mezi právy občanů Evropské Unie s koncepcí evropské ekonomické integrace členských států, zejména z pohledu volného pohybu a pobytu občanů EU. Prostřednictvím judikatury Evropského soudního dvora přináší zamyšlení nad dosavadním vývojem pojmu občanství, stejně jako nad přístupem Evropského soudního dvora k této problematice.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Diploma thesis may be focused on the emergence and development of the citizenship of the European Union. It examines the connection between the rights of EU citizens with the concept of European economic integration of the Member States, particularly in terms of free movement and residence of EU citizens. Through the European Court of Justice's jurisprudence it brings reflection on the present development of the concept of citizenship, as well as over an attitude of the European Court of Justice related to this issue.en
