dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na mapování postoje pacientů s kardiovaskulárním onemocněním k terciální prevenci. První část práce je věnována teoretickým východiskům problematiky, mimo jiné obsahuje popis faktorů, které ovlivňují compliance v kontextu ter- ciální prevence. Praktická část zjišťuje postoj pacientů k terciální prevenci kardiovaskulár- ního onemocnění. Subjektivní vnímání problematiky bylo zjišťováno pomocí rozhovorů. Analýza dat ukázala, že postoj pacientů k terciární prevenci ovlivňuje podpora rodiny a zdravotníků, motivace ke změně životního stylu a míra informovanosti. Pacienti s oporou v rodině či pravidelným kontaktem se zdravotníky častěji dodržují doporučení, zatímco ti bez sociální podpory nebo s negativní zkušeností se zdravotní péčí prevenci zanedbávají.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis focuses on mapping the attitude of patients with cardiovascular disease towards tertiary prevention. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical background of the issue, among other things it contains a description of factors that influence compliance in the context of tertiary prevention. The practical part investigates patients' atti- tudes towards tertiary prevention of cardiovascular disease. Subjective perception of the is- sue was collected by means of interviews. Data analysis showed that patients' attitudes towards tertiary prevention are influen- ced by family and health professionals' support, motivation to change lifestyle and level of awareness. Patients with family support or regular contact with health professionals are more likely to follow the recommendations, while those without social support or with a negative experience of health care neglect prevention.en
