dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce bylo vytvořit dílčí část nefinančního reportingu pro společnost Škoda Group. Teoretická část představuje úvod do tématu společenská odpovědnost firem a reporting ESG, který musí firma od roku 2026 povinně zveřejňovat. Dle rozhodnutí skupiny PPF, majitele společnosti Škoda Group, Škoda reportuje již za sledovaný rok 2023 pro zajištění kvality a přesnosti dat. Na začátku praktické části je představena společnost Škoda Group. Následně je zhodnocen současný stav ESG ve Škodě Group v porovnání s konkurencí pomocí reportingů z předešlých let a analýzy ESG hodnocení externími společnostmi. Hlavní část diplomové práce obsahuje vyhodnocení 60 aktivit z oblasti životního prostředí, sociální sféry a ekonomické části, přičemž byly zkoumány jejich materiálové a finanční dopady. Tyto aktivity jsou rozděleny do dvou kategorií podle jejich dopadu: pozitivního a negativního. Pro aktivity s negativním dopadem jsou stanoveny cíle pro zmírnění nebo eliminaci tohoto dopadu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the thesis was to create a part of non-financial reporting for Škoda Group. The theoretical part is an introduction to the topic of corporate social responsibility and ESG reporting, which the company has to publish from 2026. According to the decision of PPF Group, the owner of Škoda Group, Škoda is going to report for the reporting year 2023 to ensure the quality and accuracy of data. At the beginning of the practical part, Škoda Group is introduced. Then the current ESG status of the Škoda Group is reviewed in comparison with its competitors using reporting from previous years and analysis of ESG ratings by external companies. The main part of the thesis contains an evaluation of 60 ESG activities in the environmental, social and economic areas, and their material and financial impacts were evaluated. These activities are divided into two categories according to their impact: positive and negative. For activities with a negative impact, targets are set to mitigate or eliminate this impact.en
