dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce pojednává o porodní asistenci v zahraničí a v České republice. V teoretické části práce je popisována historie a tradice porodní asistence v jednotlivých zemích Evropy. V přehledu jsou zde uvedeny organizace porodních asistentek v České republice i ve vybraných evropských zemích. Jedna kapitola je věnována vzdělávacímu systému porodních asistentek v České republice i v zahraničí. Praktická část vznikla pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu a jejím cílem bylo analyzovat porodní asistenci v Německu a ve Finsku a porovnat ji s porodní asistencí v České republice.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis is focused on the birth service in the Czech Republic and abroad. The theoretical part gives an insight into the history and traditions of the birth service in the European countries, as well as providing a list of midwife organizations in the Czech Republic and in chosen European countries. One of the chapters is dedicated to the midwife education system in the Czech Republic and also abroad. The practical part was created on the basis of a qualitative research and the objective was to analyse the birth services in Germany and Finland and compare it with the Czech one.en
