dc.description.abstractCeloživotní dílo spisovatele J. R. R. Tolkiena značně ovlivnilo pohled na současnou fantasy literaturu a vytvořilo zcela nový žánr, který v posledních letech značně nabývá na popularitě. Tato práce je věnována srovnání Tolkienových děl Hobit a Pán prstenů s filmovou adaptací režiséra Petera Jacksona. Teoretická část mojí práce je zaměřena na charakterizování základní myšlenky filmu, fantasy literatury a stručný životopis J. R. R. Tolkiena. Praktická část se zabývá hlavní myšlenkou mojí práce - komparativní analýze děl J. R. R. Tolkiena s filmovou adaptací Petera Jacksona.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedJ. R. R. Tolkien's masterpieces, which he had been working on almost his whole life, have completely changed and established norms of the modern way of fantasy literature. Many artists used his works as an inspiration and not only in literature, but his lifework had also reached borders of movie production, computer games or even music. In theoretical part of my bachelor work, I will focus on description of basic concept of fantasy literature, basic concept of film, film history and biography of J. R. R. Tolkien. Practical part will be dedicated to comparative analysis between Tolkien's books (The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings trilogy) and Peter Jackson's movies.en
