dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na edukaci dospělých pacientů s epilepsií. První kapitola práce obsahuje popis onemocnění, etiologii, klasifikaci epileptických záchvatů, diagnózu a léčbu. Je také zmíněna problematika epilepsie ve vztahu k životosprávě, k životu ženy, zaměstnání, psychologické a ošetřovatelské péči. Zbylá část kapitoly se věnuje pomáhajícím institucím, svépomocným skupinám a spolkům. Druhá kapitola poskytuje přehled o edukaci. Vysvětluje termíny edukace, učení a komunikace. Je také poskytnuto shrnutí edukace ze strany ošetřovatelské péče. Zbývající kapitoly se zabývají realizací výzkumného šetření. Hlavní cíl mapuje edukační proces z pohledu pacientů trpících epilepsií. Dílčí cíle analyzují kdo je edukátor, obsah, místo, formu a metodu edukace. Dalším předmětem zájmu jsou vlastní aktivita pacienta během edukačního procesu, preferenční oblasti edukace, pacientova spokojenost s edukací, zpětná vazba a písemný záznam vztahující se k edukaci. V neposlední řadě zkoumá tato část práce také orientaci pacienta v pracovněprávních vztazích. Pro účely bakalářské práce byl vytvořen vlastní strukturovaný dotazník určený pro anonymní vyplnění.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on the education of the adult patients with epilepsy. The first chapter of thesis contains a description of the disease, etiology, classification of epileptic seizures, diagnosis and therapy. It's also mentioned the issue of epilepsy related to regime, woman's life, employment, psychological and nursing care. The rest of this chapter is dedicated to supporting groups and organizations. The second chapter gives an overview of education. It explains terms education, learning and communication. It also provides an account of education from side of nursing care. The remaining chapters deal with the implementation of the research. The main goal maps the educational process from point of view of patients suffering from epilepsy. Subgoals analyze who is educator, content, place, form and method of education. Another object of interest are own activity of patient during the education process, preferential field of education, patient satisfaction with education, feedback and written record related to education. Last but not least examine this part of thesis also the orientation of patient in labor relations. For the purposes of bachelor thesis was created own structured questionnaire designed for anonymous completion.en
