dc.description.abstractV diplomové práci se zabývám účinky fototerapie a jejím využitím zejména u dvou vybraných kožních chorob. Je zpracována formou standardizovaného rozhovoru u vybraných respondentů se dvěma odlišnými nemocemi kůže. Teoretická část obsahuje popis fototerapie a její historie, rozdělení světelného záření, fototerapeutické metody využívané v dermatovenerologii, mechanismus účinku, indikace a kontraindikace, opatření pacienta během světloléčby a popis možných nežádoucích účinků. V praktické části se věnuji dvěma pacientům s kožním onemocněním psoriasis vulgaris a dvěma pacientům trpící mycosis fungoides. Kazuistické šetření probíhalo formou rozhovoru, který byl vypracován podle ošetřovatelského modelu M. Gordonové. Na základě daných oblastí byl veden rozhovor s pacienty. V příloze diplomové práce je fotodokumentace pacientů, kteří souhlasili s fotografováním postižené oblasti kožním onemocněním.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the effects of phototherapy and its use especially in the two skin diseases. It is processed by means of a standardized interview with selected respondents with two different skin diseases. The theorethical part contains a description of phototherapy and its history, the distribution of light, phototherapy methods used in dermatovenerologie, mechanism of action, indications and contraindications, measure patient during phototherapy and possible side effects. The practical part is dedicated to two patients with the skin disease psoriasis vulgaris and two patients suffering from mycosis fungoides. The case took the form of survey interview, which was developed by the nursing model M. Gordon. On the basis of the areas were interviewed patients. In annex thesis is supplemented with photographs of patients who agreed to be photographing the affected area of skin disease.en
