dc.description.abstractTato práce je zaměřena na možnosti fyzioterapeutické péče u dětských pacientů se supracondylickou frakturou humeru. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsem se zabývala specifickými znaky dětských zlomenin, charakteristikou supracondylické zlomeniny, její léčbou a fyzioterapeutickými postupy používaných u této diagnózy. Teoretická část obsahuje podkapitolu metody pozorování a testování. V praktické části jsou uvedeny dvě kazuistiky s popisem průběhu léčby, a použitými fyzioterapeutickými metodami. Ze sledování vyplynulo, že po 5 týdnech po odstranění SF došlo k plnému návratu kloubního rozsahu. Nebyl zjištěn významný rozdíl v průběhu léčebného procesu u pacientů, kteří absolvovali ambulantní péči a těmi, kteří cvičili sami doma.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work is focused on the possibility of physiotherapy care for pediatric patients with supracondylar fractures of the humerus. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I focused on the specific features of pediatric fractures, characteristic of the supracondylar fractures, its treatment and physiotherapeutic methods used for this diagnosis. The theoretical part contains the subchapter methods of observation and testing. The practical part are mentioned two case history describing the course of treatment and physiotherapy methods used. The observation showed that after 5 weeks after removal of SF was fully return joint range. There was no significant difference during the healing process for patients who received outpatient care and those who excercised it yourself at home.en
