dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vrozených vad v oblasti nohy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se nejprve zabývám anatomií a kineziologií nohy, věnuji se charakteristice jednotlivých vad a popisuji metodiky, které lze využít při terapii. Je zde také stručně vymezen prenatální a postnatální vývoj dítěte. V praktické části jsem si stanovila cíl práce a hypotézy. Výzkum je prováděn pomocí čtyř kazuistik, kde je popsána konkrétní terapie u každé vady. V diskuzi jsou rozebrány jednotlivé hypotézy, jejich potvrzení či vyvrácení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor´s thesis is dealing with the issue of congenital deformities in the foot region. The work itself is divided into theoretical and practical part. The anatomy and kinesiology of a foot is introduced in the theoretical section, alongside with the description of diverse types of deformities. Further, I present the various methods that can be used as a means of therapy. Eventually, the brief sketch of prenatal and postnatal child evolution is demonstrated. In the practical part, I have set up the goal of the work and the hypothesis. The research is conducted by means of four study cases where particular therapy pertains to each type of deformity. In the end, the discussion contains analysis of individual hypothesis, their subsequent corroboration or rejection.en
