dc.description.abstractCílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou kolektivního investování a prohloubit jeho znalosti v oblasti investičních a podílových fondů. Dále si klade za cíl vypočítat výkonnost vybraných fondů a porovnat je s klasickými finančními produkty, které nabízejí komerční banky. Téma investování je v současné době velice populární a stále více lidí hledá alternativní způsoby, jak co nejvýhodněji uložit své peníze. Stěžejní částí práce je pak seznámení čtenáře s metodikou užívanou při výpočtech výkonnosti fondů. Tyto znalosti jsou následně aplikovány v praxi, kdy je vybráno několik reprezentativních podílových fondů, u kterých je provedena analýza výkonnosti a jejich následná komparace. Nezbytnou součástí je pak také vyvození a formulace výsledků tohoto měření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this thesis is to acquaint the reader with the problematics of collective investment and to deepen their knowledge in the field of investment and mutual funds. Its next target is to focus on chosen mutual funds and measure their performance followed by their comparison with well-known financial products provided by commercial banks. The topic of Investment is quite popular nowadays thus more and more people look for alternative ways to save their money effectively. The crucial part of this thesis is to discuss the methodology of performance and profitability measurement, which is eventually used in the next section, where several representative mutual funds are chosen to be measured and analyzed. These funds are afterwards compared, and the results are published.en
