dc.description.abstractV této bakalářské práci se zabýváme vzděláním v paliativní péči. Zaměřily jsme se na především všeobecné setry které v oblasti paliativní péče pracují. Práci jsme rozdělily na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části popisujeme pojem paliativní péče, její historii a fungováním. Poslední část je věnována všeobecným sestrám, jejich vzdělávání a komunikací v paliativní péči.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn this bachelor thesis you focus on education in palliative care. We focused mainly on general nurses who work in the field od palliative care. We divided the work into a theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part we describe the concept od palliative care, its history and functioning. The last part is devoted to general nurses, their education and communication in palliative care. In the practical part, we focused on the education of general nurses to work in palliative care. We conducted teh research in the form of a questionnaire survey. Here we found out their education in the field of palliative care, where tehy first encoutered the concept of palliative care, where they see the biggest obstacles in this provision and what are the incentives to improve the situation.en
