| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá zdravotnicky významnými gram pozitivními koky rodu Staphylococcus, Streptococcus a Enterococcus. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část shrnuje informace o významných druzích stafylokoků, streptokoků a enterokoků. Zabývá se jejich charakteristikou a popisuje jejich patogenitu a mikrobiologickou diagnostiku. Praktická část je zaměřená na výskyt jednotlivých druhů gram pozitivních koků ve Fakultní nemocnici v Plzni v listopadu 2016. | cs |
