dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce byla zpracována jako literární přehled na téma Vliv komunikace mezi členy chirurgického týmu na bezpečnost pacientů na operačním sále. Práce se zaměřuje na hlavní faktory, které mohou negativně ovlivnit komunikaci a spolupráci v týmu. Mezi nejčastěji problematické oblasti patří napětí a stres mezi členy týmu, hluk v operačním prostředí, hierarchické uspořádání a genderová nerovnost. Analýza a sumarizace dostupných zahraničních studií ukazuje, že uvedené faktory mohou vést k narušení komunikace, snížení efektivity týmové práce a zvýšení rizika chyb v průběhu chirurgického výkonu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis was written as a literature review on the topic The impact of communication among members of the surgical team on patient safety in the operating room. The thesis focuses on the main factors that may negatively affect communication and collaboration within the team. The most common problematic areas include tension and stress among team members, noise in the operating environment, hierarchical structures, and gender inequality. The analysis and summary of available international studies show that these factors can lead to communication breakdowns, reduced teamwork efficiency, and an increased risk of errors during surgical procedures.en
