dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kovové substráty používané ve výkonové elektronice. Konkrétně je v práci řešeno rozdělení jednotlivých typů výkonových substrátů, jejich výroba, požadované základní vlastnosti. Dále jsou řešeny návrhy vzorků pro testování vybraných vlastností substrátů z hlediska teoretického i praktického. V praktické části práce bylo provedeno měření kapacity, elektrické pevnosti, rezistivity a adheze dielektrické vrstvy na vzorcích měď - dielektrická vrstva - natištěná měděná vrstva.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is focused on metal substrates used in power electronics. Specifically, the work deals with the distribution of various types of performance substrates, their manufacturing and desired properties. Further suggestions are designed for testing samples of selected substrates properties of substrates in terms of both theoretical and practical. In the practical part of the work was performed capacity measuring, dielectric strength measuring, electrical resistivity measuring and adhesion measuring of the dielectric layer on a substrate of copper - dielectric layer - printed copper layer.en
