dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálním systémem veřejnoprávní regulace vybraných investičních nástrojů, zejména akcií a dluhopisů, na českém kapitálovém trhu. Cílem práce je podrobná analýza mechanismů, kterými stát zajišťují stabilitu trhu, včetně ochrany investorů. Text mapuje životní cyklus investičního nástroje od procesu jeho emise a schvalování prospektu přes pravidla obchodování až po technickou fázi vypořádání a evidence. Práce potvrzuje hypotézu, že současný harmonizovaný rámec sice zajišťuje vysokou míru bezpečnosti, avšak jeho narůstající komplexnost vytváří pro finanční instituce značné administrativní bariéry.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis examines the current system of public law regulation of selected investment instruments, particularly shares and bonds, in the Czech capital market. The objective of the thesis is a detailed analysis of the mechanisms through which the state ensures market stability, including investor protection. The text maps the life cycle of an investment instrument from the process of its issuance and prospectus approval through trading rules to the technical phase of settlement and recording. The thesis confirms the hypothesis that while the current harmonized framework ensures a high degree of security, its increasing complexity creates significant administrative barriers for financial institutions.en
