dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá historickým vývojem stavebního práva od počátků stavebních norem českých zemích z 13. století, přes období vzniku požárních řádů z období po 30. leté válce, Tereziánské reformy, 19. století a počátky moderních stavebních řádů, přes rok 1989, prakticky až do současnosti, s výjimkou současného stavebního zákona. Nový stavební zákon není součástí práce z důvodu jeho krátké existence.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the historical development of building law from the beginnings of building standards in the Czech lands in the 13th century, through the period of the emergence of fire codes from the period after the 30 Years' War, the Theresian Reform, the 19th century and the beginnings of modern building codes, through the year 1989, practically up to the present day, with the exception of the current Building Act. The new vonstruction Law is not part of the thesis due to its short existence.en
