| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou neformální rodinné péče o seniora v domácím prostředí. Cílem práce bylo představit dopady na účastníky neformální péče v domácím prostředí. Práce se zaměřuje na teoretické vymezení účastníků tohoto druhu péče, dále se soustředí na definici mezigenerační solidarity a na kvalitu prováděné péče. Teoretická část práce představuje klíčové pojmy spojené s rodinnou péčí, popisuje potřeby pečujících osob, stresové faktory a mezigenerační solidaritu. V praktické části byl použit kvalitativní výzkum realizovaný pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se čtyřmi hlavními pečujícími osobami a čtyřmi seniory. Praktická část dále představuje graf a odpovědi od odborníků. Ti vytvořili rámec potřebnosti hodnotících faktorů, které se týkají neformální péče v domácím prostředí. Výsledky byly zpracovány do tabulek a graficky znázorněny. Práce zdůrazňuje hlavní dopady na účastníky neformální rodinné péče a potřebu podpory neformálních pečovatelů a důležitost individuálního přístupu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of informal family care for seniors in a home setting. The aim of the thesis is to present the impacts of informal caregiving on its participants. The work focuses on the theoretical definition of those involved in this type of care, with particular attention to the concept of intergenerational solidarity and the quality of the care provided. The theoretical part introduces key concepts related to family caregiving, describes the needs of caregivers, stress factors, and the notion of intergenerational solidarity. The practical part is based on qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with four primary caregivers and four seniors. It also presents a chart and responses from experts who developed a framework identifying key evaluation factors related to informal home care. The results are summarized in tables and visually represented. The thesis emphasizes the main impacts on participants of informal family care, the need for support for informal caregivers, and the importance of an individual approach. | en |
