dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je problematika analgezie u klientů po implantaci totální endoprotézy. Úvodní část shrnuje teoretické poznatky týkající se totálních endoprotéz kyčelního a kolenního kloubu, jejich implantace a rehabilitační péče. Dále se věnuje bolesti a analgezii po operaci totální endoprotézy. V hlavní části se práce zabývá zmapováním problematiky analgezie u klientů po implantaci totální endoprotézy a zjištěním, zda mají klienti dostatek informací o možnostech tlumení bolesti. Klient, který je informovaný a edukovaný, lépe spolupracuje, je také dobře psychicky připravený na operační výkon a bolest, která je s tímto výkonem spojena. K tomuto účelu může posloužit kvalitně zpracovaný edukační materiál týkající se bolesti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedTheme of this Bachelor´s thesis is issue of analgesia after implantation of total arthroplasty. Introduction sums up theoretical knowledge about total arthroplasty of hip or knee joint, their implantation and rehabilitation care. Further deals with pain and analgesia after total arthroplasty. Main part maps out issue of analgesia after implantation of total arthroplasty and finds out if the clinets have enough information about possibilities pain relief. Well informed and educated client, cooperate better and is good mentally prepared on surgery and pain, that comes with this performance. To this purpose can be used well prepared booklet about pain.en
