| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této práce není rozbor celého zákona o DPH ani kompletní výklad novelizací. Přínosem práce by měl být výčet vývoje jednotlivých ustanovení zákona od roku 2012 do počátku roku 2013 současně s hlubším poznáním některých novelizovaných ustanovení a pohledem do praktické aplikace zákona.V neposlední řadě bylo dle mého názoru ještě důležité zastavit se u některých ustanovení daňového řádu, neboť k daním jako takovými neodmyslitelně patří i zákonná úprava pro jejich výběr a tím i práva a povinnosti správců daně a zároveň i poplatníka. V souvislosti se správou daní, jsem se snažila i podrobněji zastavit u některých ustanovení zákona, s kterými jsem měla negativní zkušenosti v souvislosti s praxí. V žádném případě nejde o kompletní výčet problémů, které vidím při aplikaci daňového řádu v praxi. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The goal of this thesis is neither a detailed analysis of the whole value-added tax law nor the complete interpretation of novelization. The contribution of this thesis should be the enumeration of development of individual law regulations, from 2012 to the begining of the year 2013, together with more detailed recognition of some novelized regulations and the practical usage of the law. In my opinion it is also important to mention some of the regulations of law taxes because the taxes are connected with the legal change for their collection together with the rights and duties for their administrator and tax payer as well. In connection with tax administration, I have tried to describe in detail some of the law regulations, that I had difficulties in connection with the practice. There are definitely mentioned all the problems that I can see during the application of tax order in practice. | en |
