dc.description.abstractPředmětem této diplomové práce je příprava stavebně technologického projektu, technologických postupů, zpracování plánu organizace výstavby, rozpočtu s výkazem výměr a harmonogramu výstavby ve variantním řešení projektu bytového domu Bartoška ve Zlíně a následná analýza variant využití materiálu a strojů. Rozdíly mezi řešeními spočívají jednak ve třech různých typech stropů, konkrétně monolitické křížem pnuté desky, stropů z desek typu Filigrán a ze stropních panelů SPIROLL. Dále "varianta A" má nosný systém z keramických tvarovek, zatímco systémy "varianty B" jsou tvořeny železobetonovým PREFA skeletem. Další rozdíly jsou v nasazení více stavebních výtahů u "varianty B1" a nasazení více stavebních jeřábů u "varianty B2".cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of this thesis is a preparation of a technological process, elaboration of a plan of organization of construction, a budget and a schedule of construction in variant solutions of "Bartoška" apartment building in city Zlín followed by an analysis of variants encoutering using different materials and construction machinery. Basic differences repose upon three distinct types of ceilings particulary in monolitic cross-wedge board, Filigran boards and ceiling panels SPIROLL. Furthermore the "A variant" has a bearing system made of ceramic fittings while in "variant B" are systems made of reinforced concrete PREFA skelet. Onward differences are in the deployment of more construction lifts for "B1 variant" or in the setting of more construction cranes at "B2 variant".en
