dc.description.abstractPředkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vliv množství nízkoteplotní pájecí slitiny na mechanickou pevnost pájených spojů. Dále jsou zde popsány nejčastěji používané testy pro zjišťování mechanické pevnosti pájených spojů. Praktická čás této bakalářské práce je zaměřena na realizaci experimentu, ve kterém je změřena mechanická pevnost pájeného spoje. Použita je nízkoteplotní pájecí slitina a mechanická pevnost je měřena ve smyku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bechelor thesis presents the influence of the amount of low-temperature solder alloy on the mechanical strength of solder joints. For the next, the thesis describes the most commonly used tests for detecting the mechanical strength of the solder joints . The practical part is focused on the implementation of the experiment, the mechanical strength of the solder joint, where is used low-temperature solder alloy and mechanical strength is measured in the shear strength test.en
