dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku nejčastějších rizikových faktorů v profesi zdravotnického záchranáře a je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část čtenáře seznámí s výskytem nejčastějších rizikových faktorů v profesi zdravotnického záchranáře a také s vlivem těchto rizikových faktorů na jeho profesi. Dále se zabývá bezpečností při práci. V praktické části bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření mezi zdravotnickými záchranáři, ke zjištění rizikových faktorů. Výzkum probíhal na vybraných stanovištích zdravotnické záchranné služby. Výsledky průzkumu jsem vyhodnotila do tabulek a grafů a z konečných výsledků jsem mohla potvrdit či vyvrátit předem stanovené hypotézy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor thesis is focused on most frequent risk factors in a paramedic rescue worker´s profession. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical parts. The theoretical part is concentrated on incidence of the most common risk factors in the paramedic profession and also on the impact of these risk factors on his/her profession. Subsequently, this part also deals with labour protection. The practical part comprises questionnaire survey among paramedic rescue workers to identify risk factors. The research was performed at selected sites of emergency medical services. I have analyzed results of the survey in tables and graphs. On the basis of the final results I was able to confirm or disconfirm predetermined hypotheses.en
