dc.description.abstractCollesova zlomenina patří mezi nejčastější zlomeniny, zejména u starší populace. Její léčba často vyžaduje ergoterapeutický přístup, který hraje klíčovou roli při obnově funkčnosti postižené ruky. Cílem této bakalářské práce je poskytnout přehled o Collesově zlomenině a její ergoterapeutické léčbě. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na anatomii a kineziologii ruky a předloktí, dia-gnostiku a léčbu Collesovy zlomeniny a možné komplikace. Dále definuje obor ergotera-pie a popisuje specifické postupy rehabilitace po této zlomenině. Praktická část práce představuje dotazníkové šetření, které bylo provedeno mezi českými ergoterapeuty. Cílem tohoto výzkumu bylo zjistit, do jaké míry se ergoterapeuti v České republice zabývají poúrazovými stavy ruky, s důrazem na Collesovu zlomeninu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedColles' fracture is one of the most common fractures, particularly among the elder-ly population. Its treatment often requires an occupational therapy approach, which plays a crucial role in restoring the functionality of the affected hand. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to provide an overview of Colles' fracture and its occupational therapy treatment. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the anatomy and kinesiology of the hand and forearm, the diagnosis and treatment of Colles' fracture, and potential complica-tions. Furthermore, it defines the field of occupational therapy and describes the specific procedures of rehabilitation following this fracture. The practical part of the thesis presents a questionnaire survey conducted among Czech occupational therapists. The aim of this research was to determine the extent to which occupational therapists in the Czech Republic deal with post-traumatic hand con-ditions, with an emphasis on Colles' fracture.en
