dc.description.abstractV předkládané rigorózní práci se zabývám uceleným přehledem centrálního bankovnictví se zvláštním zaměřením na Českou národní banku. V práci je především vymezen vývoj centrálního bankovnictví na našem území. Věnuji se základnímu teoretickému přehledu centrálního bankovnictví, postavení České národní banky z hlediska právní úpravy, jejích činností, obsazení, pravomocí a právního vztahu k ostatním státním institucím. Závěr práce je věnován centrálnímu bankovnictví ve vybraných zemích.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn the presented rigorous thesis, I provide a comprehensive overview of central banking with a specific focus on the Czech National Bank. The thesis primarily outlines the development of central banking in our territory. Addresses the fundamental theoretical framework of central banking, and examines the position of the Czech National Bank in terms of legal regulation, its activities, composition, powers, and legal relationship with other state institutions. The conclusion of the thesis is dedicated to central banking in selected countries.en
