dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje návrhu a implementaci informačního systému Uni- end, webové aplikace sloužící jako inzertní portál pro studenty hledající brigády a firmy hledající brigádníky. Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu cílových skupin, kterými jsou nejen studenti a firmy, ale také programátoři zajišťující budoucí rozvoj aplikace. Na základě provedeného průzkumu trhu byla potvrzena potřeba takového řešení a identifikovány nedostatky stávajících portálů. Práce se dále zaměřuje na návrh uživatelského rozhraní, přizpůsobeného potře- bám cílových skupin, a na zdůvodnění volby použitých technologií. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována klíčovým funkcionalitám aplikace, jako je správa a ukládání dat na úrovni frontend, backend a databáze, a implementace vícejazyč- ného prostředí.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design and implementation of the Uniend information system, a web application serving as a job portal for students seeking part-time jobs and companies looking for student workers. The thesis analyzes the target groups, which include not only students and companies but also developers responsible for the application's future development. Based on a market survey, the need for such a solution was confirmed, and the shortcomings of existing platforms were identified. The thesis further elaborates on the design of the user interface, tailored to the needs of the target groups, and explains the rationale behind the choice of techno- logies used. Special attention is given to the application's key functionalities, such as data management and storage at the frontend, backend, and database levels, as well as the implementation of a multilingual environment.	en
