dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na controlling nákladů a zásob podniku ve společnosti Škoda Machine Tool a. s.. V teoretické části se práce zabývá vymezením základních pojmů z oblasti controllingu. Poté jsou definovány zásoby a controllingové aktivity spojené se zásobami. Následuje klasifikace nákladů a klasických a moderních metod kalkulací nákladů. Praktická část poskytuje obecné informace o společnosti, včetně její SWOT analýzy a analýzy pomocí Porterovy teorie konkurenčních sil. Tato část dále popisuje a vyhodnocuje současný stav controllingových aktivit podniku v oblasti nákladů a zásob. Dále analyzuje nákladové kalkulace společnosti vedené v informačním systému SAP. Na základě vyhodnocení situace zpracovává návrhy ukazatelů, které by společnosti umožnily efektivně sledovat vývoj v oblasti nákladů a zásob.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis dissertation thesis is related to controlling of costs and inventory in a company called Škoda Machine Tool a. s. The theoretical part is dealing with definition of the concept of controlling. Further the inventory and controlling activities connected with it is discussed. The definition of costs and various types of them is introduced next with the different types of costing systems. Practical part is describing the company, presenting its SWOT analysis and the Porter´s theory of competition. This part is furthermore analysing the current state of controlling activities in the field of costs and inventory in the company. The results of the analysis lead to several recommendations of the types of ratios which company can use in order to observe its costs and inventory effectively.en
