dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou návrhu nového zákona o účetnictví v České republice a jeho vlivem na mikro a malé účetní jednotky. Text práce je rozdělen na teoretickou a praktickou část, přičemž teorie kromě návrhu nového zákona o účetnictví popisuje také současnou právní úpravu účetnictví na území České republiky, proces harmonizace účetnictví v rámci Evropské Unie a Mezinárodní standardy účetního výkaznictví IAS/IFRS. Praktická část demonstruje vliv změn nového zákona o účetnictví na bilanční sumu, výkonnost, povinnost auditu a rozsah účetní závěrky na malých a mikro účetních jednotkách v České republice. V závěru práce sumarizuje vybranou problematiku a formuluje závěry plynoucí z výzkumu provedeného v rámci praktické části.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the proposed accounting act in the Czech Republic and its impact on micro and small accounting entities. This diploma thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical a practical one. The theoretical part describes the proposed accounting law, the current legal regulation of accounting in the Czech Republic, the process of harmonization of accounting within the European Union and International Financial Reporting Standards IAS/IFRS. The practical part demonstrates the effect of changes within the proposed accounting act on the balance sheet amount, performance, mandatory audit and the range of financial statements of small and micro accounting units in Czech republic. At its end the thesis summarizes the selected topic and formulates the conclusions resulting from the research of the practical part.en
